Return and Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. Each item is created entirely by hand using macramé techniques and is a unique handmade piece. Due to the nature of our products, the following rules apply:

1. Handmade items — Non-returnable

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or handmade items that cannot objectively be resold.

Since all our products are 100% handmade and created individually to order, we do not accept returns or order cancellations for any reason.

Once payment is completed, an order cannot be canceled, as the handmade production process begins immediately.

2. Digital products — Videos and educational materials

Digital products are also non-refundable under the same European directive, since the customer receives immediate access to the content upon purchase.

By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees to the following:

  • The content is intended strictly for personal use

  • Copying, distributing, reselling, or republishing without company permission is prohibited

3. Items damaged during shipping

The only exception applies in cases of shipping damage.

If a package is delivered by the courier service with visible damage:

  • The customer must immediately report it to the carrier and refuse to accept the package

If the package is accepted but the contents are damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

4. Failure to receive the order

If a package is returned to us as “undelivered”:

  • The customer may request reshipment by paying the shipping cost

  • Refunds are not provided
