Each product is handmade.

Due to the nature of handcrafted creation:

  • Small variations in size, color, texture, and knots may occur

  • Photos and descriptions are accurate but minor deviations may exist

These variations are not considered product defects.

4. Availability & Production Time

Some products are made to order.

Production times may vary and are listed on each product page.
If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be notified by email.

5. Pricing & Payment Methods

Prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Other methods shown at checkout

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Handmade products are shipped via partner courier companies.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

7. Returns & Cancellation Policy

Handmade products

Due to their handmade nature, returns and cancellations are not accepted unless:

  • the product arrives defective, or

  • there is an error in the order caused by the business

In case of an issue, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Custom orders

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Digital products (videos, tutorials)

Digital products are non-refundable after purchase completion in accordance with European digital content legislation.

8. Digital Content Usage Rights

Videos and educational materials are for personal use only.

It is prohibited to:

  • copy, republish, distribute, resell, reproduce, or store for commercial use

  • use the content in seminars, platforms, e-shops, or educational programs without written permission

Copyright violations are prosecuted under Greek and European law.
