All our items are 100% handmade.
Production time may vary depending on the type of product and current workload.
The estimated production time is listed on each product page when applicable.
For custom orders, production time may be extended. In such cases, the customer will be informed before the order is confirmed.
2. Shipping Method & Carriers
Orders are shipped through partner courier companies.
After dispatch:
The customer receives an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time (for in-stock items) after shipment:

If promotions or free shipping apply, this will be clearly stated on the product page or in the cart.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For shipments outside the European Union:

Local taxes
may apply.

6. Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Orders
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned to us due to:
Being unclaimed
Incorrect or incomplete address
➡ The order may be reshipped at a new shipping cost
➡ Refunds are not provided in cases of non-receipt or incorrect address
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged:
Please refuse delivery
Inform the courier immediately

Digital products are not physically shipped.
Access is provided automatically via email or customer account immediately after payment.
